Tzekos Organic Herbs is an 11,000 square metre, family run organic herb farm situated on a sunny hillside in Halkidiki, Northern Greece. The idea of creating the farm grew out of their keen interest in nature and the way herbs have provided therapeutic and nutritional value since ancient times.

St. John’s Wort is a medicinal herb known for its therapeutic use since ancient times. Both its beautiful yellow flowers and leaves are used to make tea but they should be consumed with caution. Put them into hot water and leave them for about 10 to 15 minutes to allow the beneficial ingredients to infuse into the water. It is popular mainly for its use as a digestive drink but it also very soothing and a warm cup can relieve stress and encourage a more restful sleep.
