We farm nearly 1,000 acres of Cumbrian upland and our farm feeds our business in Cumbria. Beef and lamb from our farm is used to make our delicious homemade Burgers. We pride ourselves on being an old-fashioned Butchery, hanging meat on the bone for up to three weeks, offering traditional cuts and making our burgers and sausages by hand.
