We are delighted that Gloucester Services were able to host the launch of the ‘Building with Nature’ scheme on 9 November at Gloucester Services Southbound. Our site was also awarded “achieved” status, reflecting our business approach to integrating green infrastructure.
Since setting out in the dairy industry William and Rosie, of Cawley Farm Herefordshire, became increasingly uncomfortable with the fact that male dairy calves were regarded as a waste product of the industry. William and Rosie were determined to find a solution.
Tubby Toms was launched by chef Tom Hughes back in 2014 and has quickly become a local favourite for delivering big flavour! Tom’s love of BBQ sauce was cemented during his University career, using lots of the sauce to improve bland food. For Tom, the natural next step was to create his own.
